New Years 2011

Playing with our countdown balloons. Starting at 6pm and each half hour afterwards until 8:30 the kids popped a balloon to find out what activity to do to countdown to New Years. 

Madilyn covered her ears so Jaycie followed suit. Bryce popped the balloon for them.

Shanelle looked so cute in her party dress.

Jaycie loves to jump on grandma's couch. She says "grandma keeps this couch just so we can jump on it" How lucky r the kids that grandma has a couch that she will let them jump on. Grandma is the best!

Makin' lots of noise

Happy New Year! Hope this coming year looks better than this photo. One day we will get a nice family pic with everyone smiling and looking.  :)  Oh well, were all together that's all that matters.

New Year's was lots of fun!

I did a balloon countdown for the kids where they popped one each half and hour to countdown. They did colouring a pic, dancing to music, tell your favourite memory of 2011, read a story together, play hide and go seek, hmm I can't remember the rest....we didn't actually pop all the balloons, we got busy eating and doing other things so the idea kindave was fizzled out at the end.

Had a ton of fun doing Just Dance on the Wii. Oh man, there were many laughs! Super fun!

Ate yummy food. I love snacky food, its the best kind!

Played Apples to Apples

Opened crackers (I think that's what they are called) with the loud POP and received little prizes in each

Had a fun evening together celebrating the end of another year and the beginning of a new one.
