| And getting a little bored - the nativity went a little long with all the songs and narration, but they sounded good and it was well done. Dinner got started very late so everything got pushed back making it later. |

It was a really good Christmas Party. The turkey was delicious and the dessert was divine - two bite brownie with candy cane ice cream and chocolate sauce. My favourite! Dinner was a little late getting started (45min late!) which pushed everything else back making it quite late for the kids but it was still a really fun evening.
Jaycie liked getting dressed up as an angel, although she didn't even need to dress up because she is one already :) She truly is such a good girl and a great helper.
Santa arrived and he led them with the bunny hop to his chair. That was cute to see all the kids following Santa.
After Santa we had a family dance. I had just as much fun as the kids. We did the patty cake polka which as a cute and fun dance and the mexican hat dance and other fun classic dances like the chicken dance. Got some good video footage, but doesn't want to seem to upload it on here so guess you don't get to see. Bryce and Jaycie both got right into it - Yup even Jaycie was dancing up a storm. She was full of surprises that evening. Sitting on Santa's lap, dancing in front of others.
We really enjoyed the family Christmas party this year.
