First Outing

Bryce just loves his little sister and loves to hold her, sometimes he loves her too much :)

So cute to see her tiny fingers wrapped around his. He was equally delighted. Always amazing how big your youngest gets in a matter of seconds once you have another little baby.

Great Grandma Dorene

Yup, Bryce just can't get enough of her!

He held her many many times that day

Sunday we went out to Mom and Dad’s for dinner and to visit. It was hard, but I let everyone have a turn hold Shanelle. I seriously miss not holding her after a little while. I go into withdrawls, so I thought I did very good to share her :) I’m just loving this little girl so much! 

It was a nice afternoon with family and Shanelle got to meet Grandma Dorene and Mark for the first time too. 

When we went home that evening, my mom and Erin came over to visit. 

Shanelle is such a good baby. Only cries when she gets her diaper changed because she hates being cold. She sleeps and eats well even sleeps well at night. She spits up quite a bit, which means extra laundry and goes through lots of clothes, but that’s to be expected. So grateful for washing machines! Now if only the clothes would put themselves away :)

I love watching her face while she sleeps because of all the faces she makes. Her half grins and sometimes full smiles, her pouty faces, or serious faces. She makes all kinds of faces while she sleeps. 

I love having her little fingers wrap around mine. I just love it.

I love to put her head next to mine and feel its warmth and smell her sweet baby smell. I love to have her close like that and just take her all in and snuggle. 

I wonder all the time what she is thinking.

I love her skinny little legs and still amazes me how tiny she is, yet so perfect.

I love stroking her head 

I love all of her, everything about her and love that Jaycie and Bryce do too. There is such a huge feeling of love right now in our home. It’s glorious.
