Monday Happenings

Airplane rides. Shanelle absolutely loves them. We do them ALL the TIME. I love them too because I get to see her cute smiling face. Gotta watch out for the drool though :) 

Washing sheets... Bryce loves rolling up in them, burrowing in them, pretending to be a hot dog, the list goes on. Whether its our sheets or his, he loves to roll up in blankets and sheets and play. 

Almost rolling over, at this point anyway (this is from Feb 13th) and now as I am posting this on the 24th she has since rolled over. Love her eyes, her little mouth and her beautiful complexion and colour. 

Making sugar cookies. He helped cut the cookies, but didn't get any pics until he was doing it at the end with the little bits of dough. My hands were too messy to take pics. Bryce loves cutting and rolling and I have learned to "let go" and let him put the cookie cutter wherever and if I have to roll the dough 3 times more than I usually would because he didn't strategically place the cookie cutter like I would its okay. I've learned to just enjoy the moment and let him fully enjoy it too. 

Turned his bow into a fishing rod. Love this boy!

Bryce found the Christmas cupcake toppers and was pretending they were arrows and shooting them with his bow (which later turned into the fishing rod above) and then he put them in his cookies. Since we were giving some cookies away I designate some his that he can decorate and do whatever with (he likes to lick the knife as he decorates so he gets all his own stuff) and I do the others. 

Pleased as punch. 

Shanelle enjoyed sitting watching us in her bumbo and played with her toes. 

Our new favourite buns. Tried these for Bryce's b-day party and they are a keeper! Delicious, especially with honey butter.
