Birthday Morning

Shanelle had a fun birthday morning too.

Birthday breakfast he requested - pancake shaped like a B with birthday sprinkles and LOTS of syrup.

We had a fun birthday morning for Bryce. He loved opening his presents (wrapped them individually to make it seem like more because Bryce just loves opening things) I was so glad I videoed him opening it. (tried to upload the video but wouldn't work, I'll have to ask Jeff) Bryce was being so darn cute! He had such good manners and was so grateful and I didn't even remind him about saying thanks and being grateful. After Christmas time we had a big lesson on gratitude and thankfulness. I guess it stuck. Yeah!

I was a little sad that Jaycie and Jeff weren't there to enjoy the birthday morning with us. Just missed them being there with us. I'm glad Bryce had a fun and special birthday morning complete with balloons in his bedroom when he woke up. 

So far our birthday traditions include

Countdown to the birthday with our countdown blocks

Balloons filling their bedroom for when they wake up in the morning (going to add streamers to the door next year)

Balloons on their chair

Special birthday breakfast of their choice

Their choice for dinner
