4 Months

Checking out Bryce's hat. He loves her oh, so much.  Bryce loves to hold her. I don't have many pictures of it though because I always have to keep a very watchful eye. 

She is very smiley, her face always lights up whenever you talk to her.

She constantly has her hands in her mouth

Shanelle really likes tummy time.

Jaycie's front tooth is almost ready to come out. It's been loose for a long time. I thought she would loose it before Christmas and be singing the song, but it's still there. I wonder how much these two will look alike or different in a couple of years? They sure look the same if you compare baby pictures.

We thought we loved her when she was born, but oh how our love has grown and I have a hunch that it will only keep on growing. 

-Shanelle is always a happy baby

-She has a nice rhythm to her. She isn't on any schedule yet. She wakes up, eats and then plays for a while and then back to sleep again. She always sleeps different amount each time. Maybe soon I'll put her on a schedule. I don't know we will see

-Is 12lbs 10oz and 25.5" long

- She loves the kids and whenever they laugh she laughs. It's darling. Kids just love kids

- She knows me very well. 

- Anytime you call her name she turns to see

- She likes to be up, not held in a cradle hold. She only likes that when she is going to sleep and even lately  she likes to be up on my chest, snuggled in better when I rock her before she goes to sleep. I don't mind cause I just love her snuggled in on my chest. It's the best

- Loves to talk and sing and babble

-She likes to blow and purse her lips. It's darling. I have many videos of it.

- sleeps in her crib now. She was getting way to big for the cradle. She is still in our room though

-LOVES loves her mobile

- When she smiles her whole face lights up, eyes go squinty and mouth open wide. I can't get enough of her smiles!

- She loves music. Loves to lay and kick and dance to the music (that's one of Jeff's favourite things to do with his little girl. He is absolutely smitten with her!)

-She loves to be at the piano. I will sit her on my lap and play and she sings along all the time. One of my favourite things to do with her. 

- Likes to stand on the counter in the bathroom and look in the mirror. She always stomps on one foot while she stands there too. 

- drools a lot usually because her hands are in her mouth

- Loves to try and grab things. I will sit her in her bumbo and she will practically fall out of it because she is reaching so far to the one side to try and grab whatever is near her. 

- Enjoys being in her car seat. 

- Has the cutest laugh!

-doesn't really like her exersaucer, but loves her swing

-Is a water baby!! She loves to have baths with mom in the big tub and she swims and kicks and lays on her back. I don't like baths, but now I do because I take her in and it's like we go swimming. She loves it and I love all her faces she pulls and smiles and excitement. Bryce usually comes in with us too so its a party. 

-Loves hand rhymes and having her hands and legs played with. One of her favourites is "run run run as fast as you can you can't catch me I'm the gingerbread man" We say that while we run her legs. She loves itsy bitsy spider, patty cake, skinna mire rinky, wheels on the bus, row row row your boat. Well really any song you sing while you play with her hands.

- Is loved and adored by Jaycie. She is like a little mom. Changes her diapers, holds her all the time, likes to take her into her room with her while she plays or gets dressed, and always always wants to hold her especially when she comes home from school. It's still the first thing she does when she gets home.

- She loves to be naked

-Shanelle is very alert and always has been. 

-She has the prettiest eyes, deep, dark and intense.

- we love her SO much and she is such a joy in our lives. Can't imagine life without her!
