So these pictures are kindave backwards. The ones at the last should be first, because when we first got outside she wasn't too sure about the whole thing. It was raining very lightly and she could feel the rain every once in a while. Then we went down to the sidewalk and I told her to jump. Well she wasn't ready for that yet, so she first put one foot in the water decided, okay and then walked up and down in the water beside the sidewalk a couple times. Then I showed her how to jump off the sidewalk into the water and she thought she would try that. So she did and the rest is shown here by the amount of air she got. Absolutely loved it.
"Again, Again", she said.
"Look at me!"
"Oh!, I am getting all wet!" (followed by a huge forced laugh)
"Mommy, jump with me too!" (and of course I did - who doesn't want to puddle jump and be like a kid again?)
And the fun continued until she got wet up past her knees and didn't like that she was absolutely soaking and muddy too and decided she'd had enough. I think I had just as much fun as Jaycie did, just watching her. The joys of life! I just love being a mom.
