Born to Shop

On the way to church today, Jeff was talking to Jaycie about going to the lake.

Jeff: "We should go to the lake more next summer and go over the pass."

Jaycie: "Ah Ha" (emphatically)

Jaycie: "And um, go to Target and buy some shoes" (matter of factly)

No mention of the goats, sheep or waterfalls on the pass, swimming, boating, etc at the lake just shopping at Target to get some shoes. What a girl. We did buy her some shoes at target this summer (very cute I might add). She was wearing the sandals that we bought today to church. They are getting a little too small, maybe that is why she mentioned buying shoes, implying that she needed new ones.
It is funny the things that she remembers. Actually I think she remembers everything, I mean everything, you just don't hear about them until later sometimes. This was way back in May when we bought the shoes at Target. Target is one of my favorite places to shop down there and I'm sure it will become one of her favorites too. They have the cutest clothes, shoes, and other fun goodies.
