| Checking for mail. Always a highlight when we go to the lake - to check for mail. We go to the post office for our mail so to have your own mailbox is much more fun. No mail this time :) |

| Love, isn't it grand! |
“Above all else, children need to know and feel they are loved, wanted, and appreciated. They need to be assured of that often. Obviously, this is a role parents should fill, and most often the mother can do it best.” 10
But another crucial source for that feeling of being loved is love from other children in the family. Consistent care of brothers and sisters for each other will come only with persistent effort by parents and the help of God. You know that is true from experience in your own families. And it is confirmed each time you read of the family conflicts faced by righteous Lehi and his wife, Sariah, in the Book of Mormon record.

| Love just being with the kids |
| Throwing rocks off the side of the road into the 'forest' |
| "Here Mom, I picked this for you!" |
| And Jaycie, not to be outdone found some for me too! What sweet kids. Love em! |
| All the different things we found on our nature walk. Moss, flowers, pinecone, tall tall grass,...... |
| Playing in the 'play clay' as they called it. |
| Building a little next out of leaves for the little green caterpillar we found |
| Shanelle anxiously awaiting her food. She loves to eat and will eat anything. And she makes the funniest faces! |
| Jaycie making us pancakes in the morning. She measured and mixed the batter, poured them and flipped them all by herself (with a little help and supervision) |
| Her stack of pancakes (okay maybe she didn't really eat all those :) |
| Bryce's stack |
Oh how we love being at the lake.
It nice to get away, be somewhere different and escape the everyday
We love the smells, nature and surroundings of the lake and thoroughly enjoyed our nature walk!
We love having pancakes every morning
We love shopping down there
We love being by the water, throwing rocks in and this last trip there were lots of baby geese. That was so fun to see! All fluffy and cute following their parents in a line.
We love being laid back, staying in pjs and doing whatever
Life is good, but its better at the lake!
