26 Weeks

So here I am at 26 weeks along. I wore the same shirt as the last picture to compare how big I have got over the last while. This is probably the last time I will be wearing this shirt because it is getting a little snug.
I am loving being pregnant! Do you get the impression that I like being pregnant? Sometimes I wish I had my body back, but I mostly just love being pregnant. I feel great and it is so amazing that a little baby is growing inside me and I am helping to give him life. I just love feeling him kick and he is kicking more and more all the time. He seems to kick more than Jaycie did. I love it that Jeff and Jaycie can feel the baby kick too. Jaycie is excited about having a baby brother. She seems to understand it quite well, but the real test will be when the baby actually comes. She has named him "Sam", is excited to let him use her crib and old car seat, play with him and teach him things. She is so gentle and loving whenever she comes in contact with a baby. Gently rubs their head, kisses them and says "Hi baby" in such an adoring sweet voice. So she does really well around other babies. Hopefully Jaycie not being the complete center of attention any longer won't be too much of a shock for her.
So far I have gained 13lbs, gone up more than one bra size, crave pizza occasionally, no stretch marks yet (didn't have any with Jaycie either), my ankles are swollen by the end of the day or if I stand for a period of time- not bad though but enough to tell they are swollen, my hair and nails are fantastic - strong and healthy as ever,
hmmm what else about my pregnancy......
can't think of much more that is remarkable...
I am feeling great and have no complaints. I am so lucky.
