As I was talking to one of my friends she was saying how boring her life is. She is a mother of one and works part time. She was lamenting that all she does is go for walks, play at home, and scrapbook. I know that she likes being a mom.
I think totally differently. My life couldn't be better or more exciting! The treasured moments of seeing my little girl with her big grin saying "I did it" or her pleasure as she pedals down the sidewalk enthused with her new ability to ride her own bike, playing at the park and going up and down the slide a hundred times and lovin' it as much as the last time and sad when we have to go home after over an hour. I never feel bored as I watch my little girl as her face and hands get covered with blueberries and she says "Delicious", or make snakes and snowmen with playdough. Each day is a new and exciting day and I can't wait to see what new thing Jaycie discovers or learns. I LOVE being a mom! I could go on and on about all the fun things we do each day and all the fun we have. I truly have the best job in the world and the best daughter and husband to work along side of me. Never a dull moment or boring.
